I love to cook for my family and friends. Nothing brings more joy to a me than to have folks gathered around the table eating, laughing, and conversations about how they love this and that and asking how did you make it. I have gathered some of my favorites for you to enjoy with your families.

Mamas Egg Salad

This recipe can be used as a meal or serve on crackers as an appetizer.

Serves: 4-6
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
12 Eggs
1 C Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
1 stalk Celery with tops - chopped
1 small onion - finely chopped
2 Tlb Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Celery Seed
Salt & Pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Boil eggs, peal, dice let cool completely
  2. Combine other ingredients in mixing bowl, mix together, add diced eggs and serve.
  3. Our favorite way to serve this salad in on toasted bread with loose leaf lettuce, and sliced cucumbers.
