Various breads, jellies and jams, utilizing our own ingredients and Fall garden vegetables

We have been farmers/ranchers all of our lives and are raising our children in that manner. Currently, we have opened up a commercial kitchen on our property and bake over 10 different varieties of breads not including pies and cookies. We also make jellies and jams. We grow many of our own ingredients and if not, we try to buy from local growers in the area. This year we have planted a few acres to white winter wheat and are planning on using that in our flour for our bread products. Our goal is to be as self-sustaining as possible in the near future and ultimately completly self-sustaining in the next few years to come. We strongly believe in the ideas, work ethic, and future of the American farm way of life.
